Return & Refund Policy

At RejuvedYou, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we've established a clear and fair Refund and Return Policy to address any issues you may encounter.

Refund Policy

  1. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to track and confirm the lost package before the refund is issued.

  1. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item, depending on your preference.

  1. No Delivery in 30 Days

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the date of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process.

Return Policy

Free Returns Within 60 Days

We offer free returns within 60 days of purchase for any reason. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition and packaging. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item back to us.

Extended Christmas Return Policy

We've extended our returns period over Christmas from the usual 60 days for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas. 

Purchases made between November 1 and January 31 of the following year can be returned up until the 31st of January. Excluding items marked "Final" or "Final Sale". The sections DAMAGES AND ISSUESEXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMSEXCHANGES, and REFUNDS section still apply for items return under the EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY. 

Purchases made from January 2 of the new year and onwards will have 60 days to return following our usual returns policy.  

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Items marked "Final" or "Final Sale" are not returnable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are free, but must be done WITHIN 60 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. The fastest way to exchange, or ensure you get what you want, is to contact us @rejuvedyou.com. Exchanges can only by made for the same item, not a completely different item. Items marked "Final" or "Final Sale" are not exchangeable. 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you can contact us at admin@rejuvedyou.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Additional Information

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however,  this is usually within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the lost/damaged status.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part (e.g., lost, damaged, or wrong item shipped).
